  When you give to Ashes Redeemed, you are giving to something good. You are helping provide safe, structured, faith -based housing for adult men and women who are working to rebuild their lives. We are not part of the sober living fraud that has unfortunately given this space a bad reputation. We do not bill insurance or operate through any type of program funding or grants. This is a simple, straight forward model built on accountability, structure, and personal responsibility. The homes are sustained through affordable resident payments alone. At times, residents fall behind on rent. We work with those who are truly trying—those showing effort, staying accountable, and taking steps forward. But even with grace, and structure, the financial responsibility of the homes remains. Occupancy isn't predictable. One month we're full, the next month only half full, yet the expenses remain the same. The mortgage payments, special loans, repairs, security systems, supplies, utilities, occasional celebratory meals, and daily needs do not stop. In the summer, costs increase even more due to higher electric bills and air conditioning. 

From the outside, it may look like a few homes mean huge profit. The reality is very different. Every dollar goes right back into keeping the homes running and the mission moving forward.
